Egyptian Hills Accepted!

Flash non-fiction (flash faction?) piece, 'Egyptian Hills' was accepted to Ink Sweat & Tears the poetry and prose webzine, and will post sometime around the end of June/beginning of July. This one started out as a poem, but thanks to the good folks at Every Day Poets, who politely rejected the piece but gave me some good feedback, suggesting that it would make good fiction, I found a new direction for it and converted it into prose. I have discovered that doing this really opened the piece up and has allowed it breathe; it reads now with new life. I'm thrilled at the rapid turnaround for acceptance!
